The client, a global leader in banking software, needed to quickly prototype a new investment fund management interface. The goal was to visualize a modern and efficient experience for two distinct user personas: financial distributors and their end-investors.

The primary challenge was extreme time constraint: to design and deliver a high-fidelity, responsive prototype in just 10 days. This required an ultra-agile process to define, design, and build a complex interface that could handle dense financial data while remaining intuitive for both expert and novice users.

Given the tight deadline, we adopted a rapid design sprint methodology. The approach was to take complete ownership of the end-to-end design process, from the initial kick-off and user journey definition to the final delivery of a high-fidelity, responsive UI, ensuring constant alignment with the client's core objectives.

Due to the short timeframe, the discovery phase was condensed into an intensive kick-off workshop with the client. The focus was on quickly understanding the key user needs, defining the primary user flows for both personas (distributors and investors), and prioritizing the core features for this Proof of Concept.

The UI design was focused on creating a clean, modern, and trustworthy "Fintech" aesthetic, using a dark mode to enhance data readability. I designed a complete set of responsive high-fidelity mockups and delivered a fully interactive prototype, showcasing the key user flows and micro-interactions.

Its quality and strategic clarity were so convincing that it was immediately adopted as an internal benchmark, serving as the foundational design for the launch of two additional, larger-scale portal projects within the company.
